IISC/NSC joint members have a variety of safety awards available.

The annual Iowa-Illinois Safety Council Award Program offers an
opportunity to member companies who achieve an incident rate equal to
or less than the national average to receieve a safety award. The national
information is based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics. IISC added two
new awards to the annual safety awards program in 2006. They are the
"Incident Rate Improvement Award" and the "Community Enrichment Award."
