    In this session, we’re going to look at why people do what they do and what is involved in behavior design.  We’ll see that small changes make big differences and how to set up the environment to your benefit.  Will power is not the significant component or the downfall as so many believe.  We’ll learn how the Tiny Habits approach can be used for growth both personally and in the workplace and how these same techniques can also be used to address unwanted habits.

    Did you attend the Blue Ethos Active Threat Preparedness breakout session at the 2024 PDC? They’re back this year with their full 3-hour Active Threat Preparedness training session!   This interactive training session is designed to equip public and private sector organizations with comprehensive training on active threat preparedness and response. The focus will be on enhancing safety and security protocols, preparing for both external and internal threats, and developing rapid response techniques through situational awareness. Participants will learn fundamental and easily recallable skills to increase their chances of survival during an encounter. Additionally, the session will cover effective de-escalation strategies to manage potential conflicts before they escalate into dangerous situations.

Session selection required at time of registration.  CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.
