OSHA 500 Trainer Course for Construction

Trainer Course in Occupational Safety & Health Standards for Construction

The OSHA 500 class authorizes participants who complete this train-the-trainer course to conduct 10 & 30 hour outreach classes to the construction industry and issue OTI Construction 10 & 30 hour participation cards.

Course time is spent learning and practicing adult training techniques. Students will participate in the development and delivery of lectures covering construction safety topics during class.

 
As a prerequisite for the class, participants must provide verification of 510 class attendance, and management confirmation of at least 5 years of relevant safety experience.

Iowa-Illinois Safety Council is not an OTI Education Center, but serves as a host training organization for Great Plains OSHA Education Center.

Cancellation without penalty may be made up to three working days prior to the seminar date.  Cancellation after that date will be charged 50% of the fee.  You may avoid this charge by transferring your registration to another person.  Registrants who do not cancel are liable for the entire fee.  ALL REFUNDS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT VOUCHER.  This cancellation policy is standard with all Iowa-Illinois Safety Council sponsored programs.
