Networking Breakfast - Recovery Friendly Workplaces
Recovery-Friendly Workplaces
Recovery-friendly workplaces aren't just good for those in recovery, they benefit everyone. Employers gain a more diverse, engaged workforce with improved well-being, decreased healthcare costs, reduced turnover, and increased productivity. Societal stigma around SUDs (Substance use disorders) decreases, fostering a more supportive work environment. Join us and learn how to build a stronger future for your employees, your business, and your community.
Join us for this presentation with Dr. Diane Rohlman to understand the terms "Substance use disorder" and "recovery-friendly", learn how to identify employer benefits to becoming a Recover-Friendly Workplace, and learn about employer best practices and resources to support recovery from substance use, including the Dept. of Labor's new Recovery Ready Workplace Toolkit.
